Saturday, August 6th
1 to 3:30pm

Ever wish you and a team of friends could battle other teams in book trivia for a chance to win Amazon.com gift cards? Now you can! This August, be part of the biggest teen summer reading event in CCPL history!

Join us for a totally updated Battle of the Books. This year there's no pre-registration required; we're having book trivia fun and lots of laughs. Join us for rounds of questions, trivia night-style.

We'll test your knowledge of characters, plots, locales and themes. We’ll also have a bonus round of questions about popular YA literature and movies.

The winning team receives $100 in gift cards (up to 4 people per team) and will help us choose next year's titles.

Steelheart (Reckoners, book one), by Brandon Sanderson

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, by Ransom Riggs

Ms. Marvel, vol. 1, by G. Willow Wilson  (Author) & Adrian Alphona (Artist)

Many library copies of the above books are available through the library. You will need a library card to check out library books. You are welcome to put a hold on the book using your own library card account, but you may have to wait for your copy to arrive.
