Help Desk Services

The goal of the Help Desk is to provide exceptional support for the users of CCISD technology systems, applications and equipment. Providing this high level of support for CCISD teachers, administrators and staff, enables the Help Desk to 
have a positive impact on the quality education that CCISD provides its students.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I call if my work order has not been addressed? 
Please email helpdesk@ccisd.us and we will forward your question or statement to a supervisor. You should receive a response the same day.

Does the Help Desk work on personal devices?
No, personal devices are the individual's responsibility. 

Who do I contact for Fire and Security issues?
All fire and security related issues need to be directed to Central Station at 886-9275.

Does the Help Desk troubleshoot CCISD Connect account issues?
No, every campus has a CCISD Connect site manager that can address account issues and/or questions.  Feel free to contact the Help Desk for campus site manager information.  

How do I contact the Help Desk to submit a work order?
There are three ways to submit a work order:

  •     Email:  helpdesk@ccisd.us
  •     HEAT Self Service: via the portal under District-Wide Options
