ACT for 11th Grade

posted Apr 2, 2018, 5:47 PM by Amanda Yearwood   [ updated Apr 2, 2018, 5:50 PM ]

Here's the latest scoop on ACT with Writing for current 11th grade students...

Originally we were scheduled to take the assessment online.  Upon getting some feedback from students after our practice exam, our district requested to change to a paper/pencil test instead.  Shortly after being approved for paper administration, much of the state was impacted by severe weather.  This prompted the need for a later test date.

So.... here's the plan   (Pending any more hiccups!)
  • April 3-5, 10-12 - Accommodated Online Testing
  • May 2-3 - Required Non-Test Portion for All Juniors (This must be completed for eligibility to test.)
  • May 8 - Paper Administration for All Juniors **NO MAKE UPS**  Testing will begin at 8:00 AM.  Students should arrive and begin checking in to testing rooms by 7:45 AM.  Testing room assignments will be posted in late April.
Don't forget to practice, practice, practice using your FREE online prep account!  If you need help logging in, contact Mrs. Yearwood.
