Band Notes Week 2 @ Danville

Monday – Till 5pm

Tuesday – Till 5pm

Wednesday – Early release Day

Thursday - 6-8pm

Friday – @ Danville 5pm Departure – Pass off due Bon Jovi

Attire – We will ride the bus in black shoes/socks/bibbers

Fees:

August Fees ($50) are due the 31^st – be sure you are current to participate in the halftime performance

Pick up is Saturday, September 5^th from 9am – Noon in the Band Parking Lot

Due to the high number of meat sold, we need additional manpower. Please contact Eric Newman to assist.

As this is our first year, we want it to be a success to continue providing this opportunity for our students. Over 150 pieces were sold raising over $2500 towards student trips!

Anyone that can donate a cooler, please drop off at the band room - we will tag it to keep up with who it belongs.
