At Cayucos Elementary School, we offer all parents an incredible service - free access to the premium educational resources located at the ETC Portal hosted and maintained by SLOCOE. Parents can use the ETC Portal to access thousands of newspapers, e-books, magazines, educational videos, images, interactive games, and even including online advanced courses for students seeking a greater challenge. S.A.F.E. - Services Affirming Family Empowerment
S.A.F.E. is a community based, school-linked program designed to bring services to children and families throughout SLO County.
S.A.F.E provides prevention and intervention assistance for families and works in partnership with other agencies to access services and monitor that services are given to them.
S.A.F.E. will help develoop a plan of action with the family to help find solutions to the concerns.

SLO County Public Health Services

San Luis Obispo County Public Health Services improves and maintains community health by identifying health issues, preventing disease and injury, influencing policy development, and promoting healthy behaviors through leadership, collaborative partnerships, education, direct services, surveillance, and case management and payment for eligible indigent medical care. 

San Luis Obispo County Parent Connection

Parent Connection of San Luis Obispo County offers a variety of services, including: a web-based family resource center (sloparents.org) with a current list of parenting classes and parenting support services in SLO County, an information line to help parents find appropriate classes in their area (543-3700), and a Parent Connection Helpline (904-1411), with Parent Coaches who can answer parenting questions and provide support. Parent Connection’s services are designed to make parenting less stressful and more rewarding, while promoting positive parenting techniques and building a family’s protective factors. Parent Connection of San Luis Obispo County understands that all families have strengths and all families need support.
