    NRCS Definition:
        Quantity, quality, or connectivity of food, cover, space, shelter, and/or
        water is  inadequate to meet requirements of identified fish, wildlife,
        and invertebrate  species.
   

    Land Use Designation Weights:

        Crop, Pasture, Forest, Range, Urban, Assoc. Ag (Weight 1);
        Water (Weight 0)

        – Forest Fragmentation Potential, Patch Areas (Weight 3)
        – Arkansas Wildlife Action Plan, Terrestrial Species of Greatest                              Conservation Need by 8-digit HUC (Weight 5)

        – 303(d) Impairments by 12-digit HUC – All Impairments (Weight 5)
        – Wildland Urban Interface/Intermix, Medium-High (Weight 2)
