Casey-Westfield CUSD C-4 is now offering online registration for 1st through 12th grade students who were enrolled at the end of the 2015-2016 school year. Online registration will be available from July 18th, 2016 through August 5th, 2016.
Paper copies of student schedules with locker combinations will be available for pick-up during in-person registration on August 2nd, 2016 from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Casey-Westfield Jr-Sr High School.
Grades K-6 If you wish to apply to have fees waived for students entering preschool through 6th grade, please fill out the PK-6 Registration Fee Waiver (click to download, fill out, and print *SIGNATURE NEEDED*) and return to Unit Office or Monroe Elementary prior to registering, or during in-person registration. All students in Grades K-6 receive free breakfast and lunch due to a federal grant.
Grades 7-12 A Free and Reduced Lunch Applications will need to be completed and approved for fees to be waived. The Free and Reduced Lunch Application will be available via TeacherEase during the registration process. Once submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for a decision to be made. You will be notified once a decision has been made and you may continue with online registration.
Continuing Students (Grades 1-12)
Online registration using TeacherEase will open on July 18th, 2016 and will close on August 5th, 2016. Beginning July 25th, 2016, student homerooms and schedules will be available to view on TeacherEase for those that have completed online registration. Schedule changes for students in Grades 7-12 will be available in Ms. Thomas's office at the Jr-Sr High School Building on August 10th, 2016 and August 11th, 2016 from 7:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., and from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. only.
If you are unable to do online registration, do not have access to a computer/printer, or have questions, in-person registration will be available on August 2nd, 2016 from 12:00 to 6:00 P.M. In-person registration will be held at Monroe Elementary School (Grades 1-6) and at the Casey-Westfield Jr-Sr High School (Grades 7-12).
To register your student(s) online, you will need to use your TeacherEase Parent Portal account using the e-mail address you have registered with the school. If you do not have an e-mail address registered with the school or cannot remember your e-mail address used for TeacherEase, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your e-mail address, student name(s) and grade(s). All new students and students in families that have moved out of the district during the past school year must register their residence in the Unit Office, located at 502 E. Delaware Ave, before or during
in-person registration on August 2nd, 2016. Families or legal guardians may be required to show proof of residency by two or more of the listed documents:

In-person registration for grades PK-6 will be available at Monroe Elementary School, located at 301 E. Monroe Ave. from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on August 2nd.
