About Me

I am currently an assistant professor in the department of mathematics, applied mathematics and statistics at Case Western Reserve University. I earned my PhD degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, where I was advised by Dr. Roberto Camassa and Dr. Richard M. McLaughlin. Afterwards, I did my postdoctoral studies at the University of Minnesota, and my mentor is Dr. Maria-Carme Calderer

My research interests are in applied mathematics, modeling, fluid dynamics and scientific computation.
