As a student, you may obtain free, unlimited computer support and service any time that you need it. We provide several ways for you to get the help you need quickly. Contact us 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for online, email and telephone assistance from our technical support team. In-person, care center hours are listed below.

M-F 9:00AM -10:00PM when classes are in session.
SAT 10:00AM -4:00PM when classes are in session.
M-F 9:00AM -5:00PM when classes are not in session.
SAT closed Saturday when classes are not in session.

Repair services are at no additional costs for systems under warranty.
Systems out of warranty may require end user to purchase replacement parts
