Information Technology Services will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the campus server housing self-service email and password tools on October 29th, 2012, from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. EST. During this time, users will be unable to modify passwords (including changes and resets), email aliases, preferred firstname.lastname@example.org email addresses, off-campus email addresses and security questions. The planned maintenance is part of a broader project that will upgrade several campus servers to RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) with Oracle Data Guard. The upgrade will result in improved availability and scalability of applications that reside on the servers.
