Information Technology Services will be conducting scheduled maintenance on several campus servers on October 18, 2012, from 2 AM to 6 AM EST. During this time, registered computer system self-help resources, such as hostname and static IP address request, will be unavailable. The planned maintenance is part of a broader project that will upgrade several campus servers to RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) with Oracle Data Guard. The upgrade will result in improved availability and scalability of applications that reside on the servers.
