TVUC Dining Swipe for Finals

All meal plan participants have 2 weekly portable meal swipes(reset on Saturday evening at midnight) for use at "The Den"  or The Jolly Scholar. Use of portable swipes is limited to once per week at Jolly.

Beginning Wednesday December 3,as a beta test, for finals week, these additional locations at TVUC  will be added to the program in response to student demand :- MELT University, Pinzas, 8Twenty6 and naan .

The meal swipes at TVUC  are  available for use  Mon. through Fri.from  2pm until close , and all hours of operation  Sat. and Sun. Meal swipe bundle specials will change weekly at each of the 4 locations. There will be extended café hours at TVUC for finals week.Visit: for operating hours

 Here are the possible combinations for the two weekly swipes:

1 at Jolly and 1 at "The Den": or

1 at Jolly and 1 at any of the 4 TVUC locations: or

2 at "The Den":  or

2 at any of the 4 TVUC locations or

1 at "The Den" and 1 at any of the 4 TVUC locations

Bookstore Bucks-Spring Semester 2015

The “Bookstore Bucks” program allows all undergraduate students to charge textbooks and academic supplies directly to the student’s financial account. This is a program designed to help with financial planning and budgeting for the costs of attending CWRU.  Spring Semester 2015 Bookstore Bucks are available for use by all registered undergraduate students at the CWRU Barnes and Noble College Bookstore beginning January 4th and ending January 31st.  Each student has the ability to defer up to $625.00 of charges for books and supplies until the last tuition bill each semester.  If Bookstore Bucks are used, the charges will be added to the  February 10th tuition bill and will need to be paid in full by February 24th, 2015.   For more information, please see CWRU Barnes and Noble College Bookstore or email

Reregistration for E-Accounts Required

Due to a necessary upgrade of the BlackBoard Transaction system July 9-12, 2014, all E-Account users must reregister at the following website in order to gain access to their transaction data.
