Parking permits that were purchased using cash, check or credit card may be returned to Parking Services for a prorated refund and will be processed by check or credit card, according to original payment method.
To get a refund
The person will be refunded a pro-rated amount and the balance of their paid fee, minus any other charges including citations. The permit return date will be used to determine the amount of the refund. Refund requests for permits not returned to the parking office will not be processed.
NOTE: There are no refunds given for monthly, summer or temporary permit types.
No refunds will be issued for motorcycle/moped permits.

The CWRU Police Department would like to advise the campus community that Mayfield Road between E.117th Street and E.120th Street will be closed fromthrough . During that time a bridge will be demolished as part of the RTA Little Italy rapid stop construction. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes

There have been several road closures this morning lasting anywhere from 15 minutes or longer due to the weather and road conditions. Our buses have been detoured as ordered by city police. Some lots cannot be serviced including lots #49 and #50. We will continue to monitor and get service back to those lots as sons possible

CWRU Alert: In anticipation of temperatures, the university has secured additional shuttles to serve faculty, staff and students during peak demand hours: and These shuttles will travel from the North Residential Village to the Case Quad and from Juniper to the Case Quad.

The "B" Route bus will travel East on Euclid Ave proceed under the Rail Road Bridge and make a right turn onto Coltman. The bus will service Pick up and Drop off of passengers at the corner of Coltman and 119th. The bus will then proceed through the Standard Parking lot to gain access to Euclid Ave West Bound.
Mayfield Road will close down at the start of the Procession and remain closed until the Feast is over. The "B" Route will remain on this detour for the duration of the Feast.

We have placed a "Temporary Shuttle Stop" in front of The Magnolia House. This will serve to replace the stop at the end of Hazel.
