Our Show: As You Like It

Dear students,
Cascade has provided me with the best job I have ever worked in my entire life, but
I need to make a different choice going into next school year, for myself and for my family. It is for this reason that I will not be returning to the Cascade School District to teach in the 2021-2022 school year. This decision did not come easily.
I am still living in the district, and my child will want to continue some of the wonderful activities she has discovered in this district. I cannot pretend to have all the answers or that I know with certainty that what we are planning as a family will work better for us, but if I didn't believe it, I could never walk away from this gig. I love what I do.
I wanted to notify you on my own.
Thank you for making Cascade a great teaching home for so many years.
Allyson Arndt

A new idea is delicate. It can be killed by a sneer or a yawn; it can be stabbed to death by a quip and worried to death by a frown on the right man’s brow.  — Charles Brower

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all. — Edward de Bono

You can’t wait for inspiration, you have to go after it with a club.         —Jack London
