Slayton Fletcher has followed in his fathers footsteps in the concrete industry. After attending Pfeiffer College, Slayton joined the family business. In his first year, He was running one of the companies largest projects Apex Element in Charlotte. As a Field Manager with Carolina Bomanite the commercial work the company performs has allowed him to craft his talent at some of the regions iconic properties such as The Wilson Nature Center at Grandfather Mountain, Caromont Belmont, Apex Charlotte, Apex Loop Trail and numerous other projects throughout the Carolina's. Slayton's passion is working directly with homeowners while bringing his personable knowledge and creativity of hardscape construction.   

John Fletcher has had many decades of experience as a Landscape Contractor, Hardscape Contractor, General Contractor and Concrete Contractor. In 2011, after working in marketing for the company for several years, John and his Wife Donna bought Carolina Bomanite Corporation. Their hard work has positioned them to become the area's foremost Architectural Concrete Contracting firm. With multiple award winning projects to his credit, John continues to drive the boundaries of unmatched quality in construction along with a passion to educate and train young professionals in the art of architectural concrete construction.
