Growing up is a turbulent time of moving from childhood to adulthood and through these changes you can be tempted to remain a child. Sometimes it is an exciting adventure, at others it feels like mere survival.

It is inevitable that you WILL  become an adult and your mission is to accept this challenge and become equipped, develop self-awareness, and discover who you really are.

This site will explore some tools and techniques that might help you to flourish as well as survive the journey into adulthood.
There will also be some information for you and your parents  into the wonderful  world of adolescence.
