The Children of the American Revolution Alumni Foundation (CARAF) was established in April 2001 to: 1. Join together former C.A.R. members through various social activities and Internet communication; 2. Promote the activities of N.S.C.A.R. through leadership, education, financial support and grants; and 3. Continue and rekindle friendships among former C.A.R. members.

Bylaw Amendments to be considered at the April 21, 2022 annual meeting Amend Article VII Meetings, Section 1 by removing the words "at the same facility as the N.S.C.A.R. National Convention." Current Wording: The Annual Meeting of CARAF shall be held in conjunction with the N.S.C.A.R. National Convention at the same facility as the N.S.C.A.R. National Convention. Proposed Amendment: The Annual Meeting of CARAF shall be held in conjunction with the N.S.C.A.R. National Convention at the same facility as the N.S.C.A.R. National Convention. Rationale: As N.S.C.A.R. moves towards embracing hybrid-stye meetings and events for both National Convention and Senior National Board of Management meetings, this allows the CARAF Board Of Directors to follow suit and hold its annual meeting in a complementary style to the National Society. This also allows flexibility in the bylaws for future emergency situations that may arise where we may be unable to meet at the same facility. C.A.R. Alumni on the 2021-2020 Senior National Board!
