Classroom Procedures and Rules

In Mrs. Lloyd's classroom the students share many items,  pencils, colored pencils, markers, glue sticks, and most important, their ideas.  We are all members of a school family and our main objective is to learn. In order to obtain our objectives, each student is given a task, responsiblity, to ensure that they are part of a safe and kind community.
Canyon Creek School is a member of the Montana Behavioral Initiative (MBI). Through this initiative, each student is introduced to our school's three main rules: Be Safe, Be Respectful and Be Responsible. Every teacher at Canyon Creek School, teaches their students what it looks like, sounds like and feels like to be safe, respectful, and responsible the first week of school. All of the teachers and staff then practice the procedures and rules at various stations in the school building and playground.
