All kinds of Canadian stuff O Canada.com Sells all kinds of hard (or impossible) to find Canadian foods, clothes, and other items. http://www.ocanada.com.au
All kinds of North American stuff USA foods carries a wide range of hard to find items. They are a major supplier in Australia. In fact you may notice their stickers on many of the items sold at the David Jones food market http://www.usafoods.com.au/
Asian food ingredients (and food) Any of the excellent shops in Chinatown at the Central Market
A&W Rootbeer A couple of the Asian Supermarkets at the Central Market carry A&W Rootbeer. You can sometimes find DIET A&W and A&W cream soda in a small lolly shop in the Station Arcade (arcade off of the train station)
Barbeque Sauce If you crave good-old Canadian style tomato-based BBQ sauce (instead of the Aussie fruit-based stuff), you can buy Bulls-Eye BBQ Sauce at David Jones, Rundle Mall, along with all sorts of other import items in their wonderful food court.
Bulk and Speciality Foods Gaganis brothers 9/13 Bacon St Hindmarsh. Banquet International 992 Port Road Albert Park. And of course, various stalls at the Central Market
Canadian Beer Dan Murphy's carries Labatts and sometimes other Canadian brands. The bottlo at the central market carries Moose head.
Cheap brekkie (and other meals) Try Ikea's $4.50 breakfast of Eggs, Toast, Bacon, Sausage, cooked tomato, beans and hash browns. They also have Thursday night cheap pasta and other daily special. AND I think kids under 12 can still eat free.
Cheese Check out the great cheese shops at the Central Market, especially the Smelly Cheese Shop.
Cheese Whiz The small asian grocery shop in Station Arcade at the top of the escalator.
Fresh Food The Central Market is certainly the biggest, but for really high quality foods, check out the Adelaide Showground Farmers Market at the Leader Street Pavilion. Held every Sunday until 1pm, it is fairly small but has high quality and gourmet food. I go there for the best carrots in town, as well as great venison products.
Maple Syrup Any supermarket! Lucky for us, almost all of the real maple syrup sold in Australia is Canadian!
Mayonnaise You can find Best Foods mayo at some of the fruit and veg shops, possibly even the supermarkets. I buy it at the Marion fruit and veg shop
Mexican Ingredients Chili Mojo - 381 Magill Road (just past la Casa del Pane bakery) http://chilemojo.com.au/
More Perogies Mama's Pierogi products are also available through Standom Smallgoods in Hendon, Pelican Plaza, Noarlunga, Gepps Cross and Newton, as well as through the Pacific Big Butcher Shop in Salisbury
Perogies and Cabbage Rolls Mama's pierogi - 644 Port Road, Beverley $19.50/kg, but a wide range http://www.mamaspierogi.com.au/
Perogies (or Vareniki) Fresh Eurasian Food (small Piroshki stall with 2 restaurant tables) Central Market, Stall - S3 $15/kg (4 dozen) http://tinyurl.com/AdCentMarketMap
Poutine Alexandrina Cheese Company makes fantasic cheese curds. You can get them at the Central Market and a few good cheese shops. And Blackebys (James Place in the city and several other locations) sells Bisto gravy, which is better than the local Gravox
