  • What are your rights as a victim of crime? What is Cache County Victim Services?  Help victims of crime go through the criminal justice process; from investigation thru sentencing. Advocate with attorneys, judges and other officials throughout the system. Provide emotional support and guidance before, during and after the criminal justice process. Assist with emergency legal advocacy. Secure Crime Victim Reparations funding. Ensure victims get the rights and services they need to recover. Provide case information and updates. Prepare victims and witnesses for testifying in court. Help secure emergency funds for food, clothing, shelter, transportation etc.
