The concepts behind a good game are the same whether that game is online, comes in a box or is your classroom. Tap into the power of gaming and game-design principles to increase student motivation and engagement. Discover how one librarian applies gaming principles to her classes. In this session, you will learn how to incorporate game design concepts such as leveling up, mission choice, leaderboards, collaboration, competition and narrative into your classroom curriculum.
