Ms. Cohara's Website

I have been teaching English for 23 happy years. This is my tenth year at Broomfield High School. I'm proud to be an Eagle! This year, I am teaching 10th grade honors language arts and Culturally & Linguistically Diverse language arts classes.

I grew up in Nebraska and graduated from UNL. Go Huskers! I love reading, crafting, watching reality shows, and shopping at Trader Joe's. I also love to travel. Slovakia, Zimbabwe, and Cambodia are some of my favorite places. 

My husband is also an English teacher. We have ongoing discussions about Jay Gatsby and Holden Caulfield. We have two amazing daughters: Sadie and Josie. They keep us laughing!
