Purchase Technology Tools (PTT)

Schools and departments can purchase additional supported technology with their own funds.
  • All technology purchases must be made through the Purchase Technology Tools (PTT) program in order to receive IT support.

  • Any technology purchased outside of the Purchase Technology Tools program--with a ProCard or other means--is not considered a supported item.

  • NOTE: The ordering process below does not apply to Employee Technology Tools (ETT) or Student Technology Tools (STT). 



Ordering - New Process!

  • All PTT purchases will be made through Infor-Lawson Requisition Center. 
  • Please see your school/department Administrative Assistant to enter IT Warehouse requisitions into Infor-Lawson.
  • For instructions, click on the How To link: Ordering PTT Items from the IT Warehouse (ITWH)
  • Allow 1 week for delivery of ITWH In-Stock Devices and 4-6 weeks for delivery of ITWH Specialty Devices.
  • Fiscal year orders: 
    • Order by May 1st to ensure that technology purchases arrive before office staff leave for summer break and included in current fiscal year financials. 
    • Order equipment by May 31st if you would like your equipment to be delivered by June 30th and included in current fiscal year financials.
