In this event we have invited students and the information of various branch were conveyed by professors of different branch and also they were introduced by various lab equipment. The aim of the event was to give brief information of Engineering field and scope for job opportunities in various streams.  The information was given by different faculties  which are as follows:

This seminar was arrange to uplift the information regarding CAT exam in students.In this seminar the information was conveyed by Mrs.Hemali Thacker who is attached with an CAT exam preparation academy. She has also gave information regarding paper style, cutt-offs for different IIMs and also about different valuable collages which is more bifacial for masters in management.

Event was based on technical and non technical clues to reach the final target. In next round, Evaluation was based on talent of the teams and team work. Each team had to show their talent to entertain other team members present.

Round 1:

Technical and non-technical clues to evaluate participants on the basis of technical and non technical knowledge. Three questions to each team were given and from the given 3 questions each team had to decode the hidden clue within three questions.

Round 2:        

Qualified Top 5 teams entered into final round. Participants had to reach to the final destination after solving various clues and technical tasks. Evaluation was based on the capability of teams to solve clues, various physical & mental tasks and time

Participants were tested for their knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronic devices like Diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs, Op-Amps, Flip-Flops, basic gates, etc.

Round 1:

There was a quiz for Individual Participants. -Question paper comprised of 40 MCQs .

Round 2:

Electronic Components, Circuits, and Devices Identification. The main aim of this round was to evaluate the student about the awareness of the various electronics component, Devices and Circuits through Power point presentation. The participants had to identify the same and write the name in the answer sheet.

Round 3:

Participants had to design a circuit (on paper), based on the given definition, in specified time.  Definition was purely related to the field of Digital or Analog. Only those teams which had designed the circuit correctly on paper were approved by the judges and allowed to implement it on bread board.

As a technical student one has got a few topics or concept by heart. Sometimes one  might have also found some weird analogy of technical concept or functioning to some non-technical stuff in the practical world to understand and remember it thoroughly. Teams would be explaining the concept or technology on PowerPoint Presentation to visiting group of students.

Round 1                                                            

There was power point presentation on topics which were given by coordinators.

Round 2

Each participant were given a technical object or a concept randomly on the spot. Participant had to represent their views about the concept in technical ways.

This event was to increase the knowledge, crossword solving skill, aptitude, also softs skills like group discussion, and also their knowledge regarding specific topics they have to make Google blog of that topic so their creativity also increases.

Round 1: Inquizive

This round contains 60 questions:

·       Aptitude questions

·       True/False

·       General Knowledge

·       Crossword

·       Answer in 1 or 2 words

Round 2: Group Discussion

Selected participants will be divided into 2 groups for group discussion.


Round 3: Infinite Loop

A topic will given on which they have to make blog using word press or Google blog or any tools and winners would be selected on the basis of blog content and presentation they give about their blog in front of jury.

Round 1: Head Flow

A paper on General Quiz about Core C, Basics of C++ (and OOP), Some Very Interesting Questions (like BIT Manipulation), Current Knowledge about IT Field was held and 20 students were selected for next round.

Round 2: Senate (Surprise)

Four teams was formed out of the selected 20 students from previous round and debates was held between the 2 pairs of team. Team was made in such a way that each would include students from same year so that there was no lag of experience or knowledge.

Round 3: Infinite Loop

An online Programming Competition was held on Spot (an online platform where colleges and schools can keep coding competitions) where the solutions of the given problems were judged online.

This event was to enhance the skill of encryption and decryption of program and also the basic knowledge of programming.

Round 1:Analysis round

In this round a logical based paper was there checking your general knowledge skills of computer science and analytical skills, little coding skills and general skills i.e. aptitude skills too and will have maths based logic used in programming in paper and programming sense.

Round 2:Encrypto&Decrypto

In this round encrypted scripts that can be programs, a statement in twisted format was there which were encrypted or decrypted.

Round 3:Cryptanalyst (surprise)

A virtual fight out.

Sub round 1: The team needs to create their own algorithm or program logic using the instruction and task given to them.

Sub round2: The team would be given encrypted scripts of other teams to decrypt.

This event was to enhance technical skills as well as the presentation skills. From this event students got knowledge about reaserch paper and it’s format.

Round 1: Aptitude + Technical Quiz

It was a mixture of technical as well as general aptitude questions. The difficulty was set according to the level of the participants.

Aptitude : 20*1 (MCQ) + 5*2 (Integer type)

Technical : 10*1 (MCQ) + 5*2 (Integer type)

Round 2: Visual Round

In this round, images related to Electrical and Electronics Instruments or other innovations will be shown to all the participants and they have to write answers and one of its use. 

Round 3:  ( surprise round )

Ideate and Innovate

In this round, the finalist have to give a paper presentation on his/her idea. 6-8 teams will be selected. Time Limit will be 8+2+5 ( 8 min to give presentation, 2 min to conclude and 5 mins for questioning by Judges and coordinators. Abstract or topic should be given by them on the previous day.

The event tested the knowledge pertaining to the hardware technology used in electrical field.

Round 1: Electrical Snakes and Ladder

It was a mixture of technical as well as fun games where the participants had to play giant size electrical snakes and ladders to get to the right side of the maze. The participants had to answer the questions in order to move ahead in the game.

               

Round 2: Rapid Fire Round

In this round, rapidly questions were asked to each team according to their year of study. The team which answered maximum questions in given period won through the next round. The questions were highly hardware oriented. 

Round 3:  ( Surprise round )

In this round participants were given some equal optimum amount of sum of money. In the given time period, participants had to make a useful device using components bought strictly using that sum of money. The most cost-effective device would be awarded in the end.
