Immunizations: All students need to have up to date immunizations. New students are also required to have a physical exam. All 6th grade students are required to have two additional vaccines - Tdap and Menactra. Please provide a copy of your child's most recent immunization record and physical to the school nurse as soon as possible. If your student has a doctor's appointment scheduled after the first day of school, a note from the doctor with appointment date is required. Please contact the School Nurse with any questions.
