Teams must contact Peter Glanznig (Technical Area Coordinator) at to reserve "team space" at the event.

When can I set-up my "team space"?

Team space can be set up anytime after 11:00am on Wednesday, July 19.

How do I pay for my "team space"?

Provincial teams, CC teams, and CC registered UCI teams are entitled to a space at no cost.  For all other teams, "team space" can be paid for in cash or by cheque (payable to the "Alberta Nationals Mountain Bike Race Association")

Where and when is the "XCO Coaches/Manager's Meeting"?

The coaches and managers meeting will take place on Friday, July 21, starting at 6:00pm.  This meeting will take place at the Canmore Opera House (400 Spring Creek Dr, Canmore).  The event committee would like to thank Spring Creek Mountain Village for donating the rental of this facility to the event.  Map to follow.
