Give the gift of Health this Holiday Season

What do you give to the person who has everything this holiday season?  How about health care for a Nicaraguan community?

This holiday season, instead of giving a gift, why  not make a donation to the Bucknell Brigade in the name of a loved one or friend.  We’ll provide a postcard informing them of your generosity, and explain how the donation in their name will be used. 

A complimentary packet of four beautiful Nicaraguan note cards will be included with gifts of $50 or more. Donations are tax deductible too!

The Bucknell Brigade is a group of university students, faculty, and staff who provide aid for the maintenance of a health care clinic in the Nicaraguan resettlement community of Nueva Vida (New Life). This free clinic for impoverished families living where unemployment is over 85% depends largely on financial and medical donations collected by the Bucknell community. Two delegations from Bucknell annually visit Nicaragua to learn, live, and work alongside the people of Nueva Vida.
