It’s not “all or nothing” with exercise

  1. If you only have 10 minutes, DO SOMETHING.  Later in the day, if you have another 10 minutes, DO SOMETHING ELSE.  Try to get in 30 minutes each day to start.
  2. If you can’t run, walk.  You don’t have to run.  Walk as fast as you can for as long as you can, then walk a little slower for a bit….then speed up again if you can.   Alternate between fast and moderate paces.
