Fundraising and alumni relations are exciting areas of growth for the BSC. The Development & Alumni Relations Committee (DARCom) plans and executes alumni engagement programs and events. DARCom also encourages and supports house-level managers when they want to plan their own alumni events. DARCom will also spearhead our annual Members Give campaign in April, which involves working with the BSC Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS: Passion for the BSC mission and a desire to gain leadership and professional experience in fundraising and event planning. Enthusiasm for meeting other BSC members and visiting other BSC houses and apartments. Creativity and and willingness to try new things and to steer a new committee towards its ongoing success.
HOURS/PAY: This is a 5-hour/week position, compensated with a rent credit stipend at workshift rate. This position does NOT fulfill your five-hours/week workshift requirement. If for whatever reason this job begins mid-semester, the stipend will be prorated.
