House Addition Feasibility Project - Business Analyst 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

‪The House Addition Feasibility Project will explore the possibility of adding more bedrooms to existing co-ops. The Business Analyst will research construction costs and BSC operating costs to create cost estimates and cash flow models for potential additions to existing BSC-owned houses. You will be working with two other students and a BSC alumni.



‪REQUIREMENTS 

‪You have to be able to use spreadsheets. Some construction or business knowledge is helpful but not required. Good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are required. You need to be well organized, responsible, and reliable.



‪HOURS/PAY 

‪This job averages 5 hours/week and runs for a total of 7 weeks (excluding Spring Break). It is compensated at workshift rate for a total stipend of $455. It does not fulfill your five-hour/week workshift requirement. This job starts on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 and ends on Friday, April 8, 2016. If, for whatever reason this job begins mid-semester, the compensation will be pro-rated.
