On microscopic derivation of a mean-curvature flow
Bio: Sunder Sethuraman works in the area of probability, especially on scaling limits of stochastic processes of various types. He received a PhD in 1995 from Courant Institute, NYU, and after a couple of postdocs at ETH-Zurich and the University of Minnesota, spent several years at Iowa State University, before joining the University of Arizona in 2011.
