Google Calendar (GCal)


Google Calendar (GCal)  is a web-based calendaring tool with a surprisingly powerful feature set. Easy to use and accessible from any computer, GCal at Brown University can be used for scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, checking the availability of your coworkers for meetings and other common functions.

To get started with Google Calendar at Brown University, click the Calendar link on the top left after logging into http://gmail.brown.edu. Help is available from the Help link on the upper right.  In the Help, you can search for detailed instructions and watch a series of video overviews describing the basic features and functionality of Google Calendar.
