Aggregating Data from Different Years

Finally, I made one last sheet to aggregate and compare all of the data! The result: Average Partisanship Ratios for each party and each year, with a bar graph showing the results. 
  1. For each year, I averaged the partisanship ratios from each party, making sure to skip "common-sense" votes in my range. 
  2. I made a bar graph with this full data set though "Insert=>Charts=>Bar."
A screenshot of this final analysis is below. (Note-- for now, ignore "Agree Ratio" and its corresponding chart. These will be addressed in the next section.)
