COMMENCEMENT AND REUNION HOUSING

For those of you celebrating a reunion, we will do our best to assign you to a room with or near your reunion class. Your reservation requests will be processed in the order they are received. Please refer below for key pick-up locations and hours of operation for the Office of Residential Life and Alumni Relations.

For reservations, please follow the link below, if you have any problems accessing the site, please call our office at 401-863-2337 or e-mail us at Res_Life@brown.edu with the subject line Commencement/Reunion 2017. The reservation deadline is Monday, May 8, 2017 by midnight ET.

HANDICAPPED PARKING PASSES

Commencement Weekend Handicapped Parking Passes can be provided to guests and alumni/ae who complete our online form. The number of passes is limited and passes are provided on a first come, first served basis. To request a pass, please fill out our Handicapped Parking Pass Form. This form will close on April 1 or sooner if all spaces have been reserved.

Alternatively, if you have a state-issued hang tag, you are welcome to park in pre-marked handicapped spots on campus, but we cannot guarantee their availability. A map of handicapped parking spots on campus can be found here.

If approved for a handicapped parking pass, your permit and instructions will be mailed to you in early May.
