The Yoga club provides students with yoga instruction from talented professionals working in the Boston area. Our classes are 90 minute all levels power yoga classes. Yoga is a valuable way to relieve stress and to maintain physical strength and stamina. The yoga sessions are geared toward a wide range of abilities so that everyone can have an enjoyable and challenging experience. **The class schedule will be sent out through e-mail.
