About the Club

Club Description

The Yoga club provides students with yoga instruction from talented professionals working in the Boston area. Our classes are 90 minute all levels power yoga classes. Yoga is a valuable way to relieve stress and to maintain physical strength and stamina. The yoga sessions are geared toward a wide range of abilities so that everyone can have an enjoyable and challenging experience. **The class schedule will be sent out through e-mail. Please join our listserve for accurate information about scheduled classes.**
