STAR (Students Talking About Relationships) provides a face-to-face peer counseling resource for the Brandeis community. All STAR counselors are trained by professionals on topics including but not limited to general counseling skills, campus resources and procedures, domestic and dating violence, rape crisis and sexual assault, family planning and STD/STIs, alcohol and drugs, eating disorders and body image, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender topics, religion, mental health, and suicide and self-harm. In addition to peer-counseling, STAR executes educational campaigns to inform the Brandeis community about relationships. STAR also engages the community in self-care and stress relief events and activities. STAR's office hours are Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 1pm - 9pm; Monday from 1pm - 7pm; and Friday from 1pm - 5pm. Office hours are held on the 3rd floor of the SCC in room 324.

Club Status: This is a chartered club. That means that it can use University resources and can request funding from the Finance Board.
