About the Club

Club Description

The Brandeis Argentine Tango Society (BATS) is devoted to giving Brandeis students the opportunity to learn and practice the Argentine tango and to making connections with the Boston Tango community. BATS meetings are more than just about teaching the dance. To us, tango is about expressing ourselves, meeting new people and bonding with our partners as we learn and master the art of dancing the Argentine tango. In addition to offering dance lessons with a professional instructor, BATS hosts events in which we invite other instructors to teach different tango styles in an effort to offer our members a more rounded perspective on the techniques of Argentine tango.

All are welcomed to join us for lessons, regardless of level of expertise.
