8th Grade String Ensemble: Academic class that meets twice per cycle during the school day for rehearsal, once per cycle for a small group lesson, and a few times after school leading up to concerts.

The strings ensembles at the middle school are a continuation of the strings program that students took part in at the elementary level. Each grade level ensemble meets twice per cycle as a group and every student also participates in a small group lesson once per cycle. All ensembles perform in the winter and spring concerts at the middle school, as well as at other functions that may come up throughout the year.

If you used to play a string instrument in the past and you're interested in playing again or if you play a string instrument outside of school and you'd like to join one of the BCMS strings ensembles, please contact Mr. Schreiber at the email below. We'd love to have you in our ensembles!
