  • District Network Storage
The district provides a variety of network storage for data storage. Items stored on the network are backed up while items on individual desktops are not.

The following designation has been made for Windows Desktop/Laptop systems -

U:   Your user drive - accessible by the individual staff member and not others
Q:   Building specific staff sharing drive - files stored here are only available to individuals in that building.
R:    Teacher read only resource drive - available to all district staff primarily for distributing SFA and Math instructional materials.
S:    Staff and Student share - files stored on the S: drive are accessible by both staff and students in that building - applicable to BES, Napi, BMS, BHS
W:   District Wide network share - in general, files should only be saved here to easily get them from building to building and should not be permanent file storage. Files stored here are subject to deletion at any time.

We encourage staff to utilize the Google Drive which will backup that users files to the cloud and make files available on all devices including chromebooks and iPads. Users are still welcome to use their personal U: drive for storage.

Files on the W: drive were moved to the "OLD FILES" folder on 6/11/14 and will be permanently archived 9/30/14.

  • What did your kids do today?
If you have stopped by the admin office in the past week, you might have noticed the new display in the lobby. But it needs your help.

So.... what did your kids do today? Did you take a picture? We would like to invite you to add your pictures to the display board from your classroom. The pictures are shown via a Google Presentation (similar to Powerpoint) and it has been shared with you. The pictures you place into the Presentation will start showing on the admin display the day after you insert them.

    What do you need?
    PICTURES!!!!!!!! of course
The Google Presentation link -  (must be logged in as a BPS staff member)
The link to view the display board -  (only if you want to see what's showing on it right now)

Basic steps to add a picture -
    - Open the Google Presentation at
    - Create a new slide
    - Upload your picture on the new slide - adjust it's position as needed
    - repeat if you have more pictures or close the google presentation.
