    To reset your password for most services:
    Login to a district computer and hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, and select the appropriate option on the screen. The change will ripple across the various services, including Webmail, the E-Portal, Google Apps, Office 365, and Canvas.

    Substitutes and other employees who do not often login to the network:
    If you have never logged into the network but have been set up with an account, your Network User Name is usually your
    (last name)(first initial)(middle initial) so Jane K. Doe would have the user name doejk
    and the default network password is bisd30
    Once you first login to the network, you will be prompted to change the password. Pick a unique one only you will know.

    If all else fails, contact  your site Help Desk Coordinator.
