On June 19 the district will switchover from Microsoft Outlook/Exchange for staff email and appointments to Gmail and Google Calendar. In July the district will upgrade to PowerSchool 11 and switch to the newer PowerTeacher Pro gradebook.

These changes will:
  • provide a much better district email and calendar experience on Chromebooks
  • make it possible to access the gradebook on Chromebooks
  • improve synchronization with mobile devices
  • eventually improve issues with spam and phishing emails
The switchover will affect ALL systems: desktops, Chromebooks, laptops, smart phones, tablets, etc. Staff Outlook and Exchange accounts will no longer function after June 19.

You can prepare for this transition BEFORE the June 19 switchover by attending optional hands-on trainings with these new services on 5/30, 5/31, or 6/4. (There will be additional training opportunities after June 19.)

OPTIONAL TRAININGS on 5/31-6/4
