School Age Care

WE'RE MOVING: The School Age Care Coordinator's office is relocating from the Will Rogers Complex to Jane Phillips Elementary School.

School Age Care
The part day School Age Care Program is available during the school year at most of the elementary schools for children of ages 4 to 12. It is now managed by the Richard Kane Family YMCA of Bartlesville as the Out of School Time program. Activities range from recreation and games to arts and crafts, reading, music, time to finish school assignments, and "free time" for children to pursue their favorite interests.
Before school child care: 7:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
After school child care: 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Before school child care: $80/month
After school child care: $100/month
Before & After school child care: $180/month

Financial Assistance may be available for qualifying families; contact the Department of Human Services at (918) 338-5700 for an application.

There is an outdated Parent Handbook from before the program was managed by the YMCA, but please contact program coordinator
Connie Standridge at StandridgeCK@bps-ok.org for updated information.
