Student Technology Support Team

In 2017-2018 a select group of sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Bartlesville High School support the district's Chromebooks under the direction of teacher Wendy Meador in BHS Room 132. They are the 
 Student Technology Support Team. 

The semester-long course provides hands-on learning experience in technology support, problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration. The students provide support for Chromebook use and repairs.

They are also called upon to troubleshoot hardware and software issues throughout the high school, support new technologies, and repair devices. They learn to assess problems, identify various solutions, and provide model customer service.

In 2017, the students went on a field trip to the Dell Support Center in Oklahoma City to see the various ways Dell supports its consumer and enterprise customers.
