Secondary School Registrations from 8/1-8/10

Student Registration
Student registration for the new school year at the district's secondary schools takes place on various days from 8/1-10, 2017.

Central Middle School, 8/1-8/4

CENTRAL PARENTS:

While you do not need money to register and collect your schedule, you may want to bring some cash or checkS (more than one) for the items below:
  • Yearbook - cash or check - $30-$35
  • School T-shirts - cash or check
  • Lunch account - cash, check or credit card
8/1, 1-3 p.m. - 6th Grade Registration for Cub Campers with Parents
8/2, 9-11 a.m. - 6th Grade Registration
8/3, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. - 7th Grade Registration*
8/4, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. - 8th Grade Registration

* 7th graders are required to have proof of their Tdap immunization on file. Call the CMS office at 918-336-9302 if you are unsure of your status; you will not be able to complete registration without it.

Madison Middle School, 8/8-8/10

MADISON PARENTS:

Student registration will occur on the following dates and times:

8/8, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. - 8th Grade Registration
8/9, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. - 7th Grade Registration*
8/10, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. - 6th Grade Registration

7th graders are required to have proof of their Tdap immunization on file. Call the MMS office at 918-333-4444 if you are unsure of your status; you will not be able to complete registration without it.


Bartlesville High School, 8/7-8/10

August 7-10 at BHS: Registration and school pictures for 2017-2018
  • Seniors: Monday, August 7 from 8:30-11:00 & 12:30-3:00
  • Juniors: Tuesday, August 8 from 8:30-11:00 & 12:30-3:00
  • Sophomores: Wednesday, August 9 from 8:30-11:00 & 12:30-3:00
  • Freshmen: Thursday, August 10 from 8:30-11:00 & 12:30-3:00
    • Freshman Chromebook Checkout requires parent to be present: 8:30-11:00, 12:30-3:00, and special Chromebooks-only checkout from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
  • Students new to the district:
    • If entering grade 9, please call Freshman Academy Secretary Lorrie Hennesy at (918) 336-4544 ASAP to set up a time to get and fill out the various forms and register
    • If entering grades 10-12, please call Registrar Debbie VanGunda at (918) 336-3311 ext. 1000 ASAP to set up a time to get and fill out the various forms and register
