A dozen graduates of the GED program were celebrated at the GED Commencement on August 11, 2019

Families, friends, and supporters gathered in the auditorium at Bartlesville High School on Sunday, August 11, 2019 for the GED Commencement.

A dozen students were honored who have earned the equivalent of a high school diploma by passing General Educational Development (GED) exams. The students overcame the obstacles which had not allowed them to graduate with their high school class. Overall, 33 students passed their GED exams between August 2018 and July 2019.

Matt Hancock, Director of Adult Education, addressed the graduates. Superintendent Chuck McCauley presented each graduate with a diploma.

High School Equivalency classes are now held at Bartlesville High School as well as at Tri-County Technology Center and its Pawhuska Business Development Center.
