Art students worked behind the scenes on Homecoming decorations

For over a month, BHS art students and Art Club members worked behind the scenes making a banner, backdrop, and other decorations for Homecoming. Some students worked during tutorial periods and lunches and after school a few times each week, and some time in their art classes was also needed to complete the work. The backdrop was used for the Homecoming assembly and dance and will also be used for a forthcoming BHS Drama production of The Tempest.

Senior Maria Snider, Art Club President, headed up the work on the backdrop. Senior Logan Demaray, Art Club Treasurer, and junior Jaden Marda led the group making the banner. These students spent much time making the pieces come to life.
