Choirs at San Dimas High School and Lone Hill Middle School are conducted by Ms. Katie Vincent. I received my Bachelors of Music Education from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO and am currently working on my Masters of Choral Conducting from California State University, Los Angeles. I taught public high school in Littleton, CO for four years before moving to California. I am passionate about pursuing and creating excellent music. We explore music from all cultures, sacred and secular. The majority of our music comes from Western-art music, but we try to add variety and interest in every concert. I will not include or exclude a piece of music because of its religious content, but based on its educational value. It is an honor to work with these students every day as they have a great drive toward musical excellence. I appreciate all of the parent support and the support of my colleagues and administrators. I could not pick a better group of people to work with. I am excited to begin the year with the San Dimas choirs, I know we will make great music together!
