We encourage anyone who is interested to present a poster at the Saturday session. Posters will be on display throughout the day on Saturday, and we will schedule time during breaks and after lunch for presenters to discuss their work with others.
If you would like to present a poster, please e-mail a title, abstract, and your affiliation, to Grady Wright by October 14, 2012, unless seeking travel support (see below).
We are especially soliciting posters from students and postdocs. For these individuals, some funding will be available to partially cover travel expenses. For students and postdocs and US institutions, travel support is provided thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF). For students and postdocs at Canadian institutions, travel support is provided thanks to a grant from the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS).
If you wish to be considered for travel support, please indicate this in your poster submission e-mail and include a short CV.
Review of the poster submissions seeking travel support will start on Monday, September 17, 2012 and will continue until all travel money has been committed. Priority will be given to posters submitted earlier, rather than later.
