course objectivesThis is one of the courses in the IDoTeach program. This course is designed to provide you with an overview of the research on how students learn STEM topics, and the ways in which researchers characterize what it means to “know” STEM topics. To accomplish this, we will actively engage in learning STEM content and critique our own ideas of what it means to “know.” In addition, we will read key articles that examine those topics. |
