About Mr. Hill
I am excited to be working with students in Algebra at North Junior High. It is my goal to help your student find success with our Algebra curriculum and foster their ability to solve problems using a variety of approaches and strategies.
I was born and raised in the Treasure Valley, attending Vallivue Schools from Kindergarten to 12th grade. I earned two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Northwest Nazarene University and began teaching in 1997.
One of my most unique experiences in education was living for two years in South Korea, where my wife and I worked at Taejon Christian International School. Our son and daughter also attended TCIS and we all returned to the U.S. with a broadened cultural perspective and many wonderful memories and friendships.
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy running, spending time with my family, and singing and playing worship music on the guitar and piano.
